A Washington think tank staged a mock cyberattack on the United States on 9 Feb 2010 in a bid to evaluate strategies for fighting cyberterrorists. Former senior government officials gathered at the Bipartisan Policy Center to play the roles of Cabinet members responding to a simulated attack on the nation’s computer infrastructure.
